Queermance is a celebration of GLBT relationships in fiction. It is a chance to catch up with the authors and publishers of GLBT fiction, pick up tips, find opportunities and ask all the questions you always wanted an answer to but didn’t know who can answer them.


Hi Everyone,
We’re sad to announce that we’re cancelling Queermance for 2016. We’ve had a run of issues this year, primarily venue issues, but also a lot of change in the personal circumstances of some of our organisational committee which have got in the way of everything else in life.

While we could put on something, we pledged earlier this year to produce an event equal to or better than previous years and we aren’t able to do this under the current circumstances. All purchased tickets will be fully refunded and we’ll keep you all informed of our future plans as we confirm them.

With the shift in dates for Queermance itself, we’ve been able to extend the dates for submissions to Queermance Volume III until the 2nd of September 2016.
