eXtasy Books

EXTASYLOGO1-2

eXtasy Books first opened its doors December 2002. Our imprint, Devine Destinies, started in 2008 to accommodate mainstream, YA and children’s books.

eXtasy has always been and is a devout supporter of e-books and e-readers. There are so many print books destroyed every year, it’s unbelievable. Go Green, is our motto. Save our forests! With so many new e-readers on the market, think about the ease of taking books along when traveling, getting rid of dust collecting books in your house, thereby making more room, being able to read a book on your phone or handheld while going to and from work on a bus or train. Think about the many books you can store on your computer. And think about the books you can hide from nosy relatives or children…

Interested in writing for us? Fantastic! We are open for submissions. Come and join our stable of great writers. Please read our guidelines on our website at http://www.extasybooks.com

We are interested in all genres but right now especially interested in Gay ‘seal’ stories.

Beany Sparks, eXtasy author and editor will be representing eXtasy Books at our Meet the Publishers Afternoon Tea.

Beany Sparks: Author and Editor

Rainbow Ninja

Beany Sparks lives in Western Australia. She first started reading romance novels in 2008, but it wasn’t until January 2010 when her Kindle got delivered (which she had brought herself on Christmas Day 2009) that the world of erotic romance opened its doors to her, and she hasn’t looked back.

Since English was never her strong subject at school she never expected to write a story, let alone try to get it published. With suggestions and support from friends, her muse—“affectionately” known as PITA—was finally able to break free, and in January 2014 her first story was written. Since she can’t put PITA back in his box—she’s tried!—Beany has decided to give in and team up with him.

Together they’ve made plans to write both MF and MM stories. Why? Because love isn’t gender specific, love is love.

Beany Sparks will be appearing on our Across the Genres panel on Saturday the 18th of April. She will also be appearing as an author at our Meet the Authors Afternoon Tea, and as a Editor from EXtasy Books at our Meet the Publishers Afternoon Tea.

It’s been said that there’s two types of fiction–fiction you like, and fiction you don’t. The rest is just a way to organise bookshelves in stores. On the other hand, sometimes you want to know if you’re opening a book to robots, magic, spaceships, werewolves, a detective story or any of a number of genres that are being printed. Want cowboys? Okay. Kick ass lesbian crime fighters, we’ve got that covered too. The story of a young man finding he was born in the wrong body, yeah.

Come join Nigel Bartlett, Kevin Klehr, Beany Sparks and Lindy Cameron, author and publisher at Clan Destine Press as they talk all things across all the genres. Or you know, as many as we can fit in an hour and a half.
